Tyjae Spears did not practice Thursday because of a knee injury after being limited Wednesday. Tony Pollard returned to full participation as Tennessee prepared for Sunday's game at Indianapolis.
Safety Amani Hooker also improved from limited to full while working through concussion protocol. Kevin Winston Jr. missed another practice with a quadriceps injury. The Titans have not announced Spears' final status for Sunday.
ESPN's Turron Davenport reported the changes Thursday afternoon, and the team's report lists the same participation levels.

October 1 practice report
Pollard practiced fully with a foot injury on October 1, while Spears returned as a limited participant with an ankle injury. Both had missed the previous day's session. John Franklin-Myers was limited with a back injury, the team and Charean Williams of NBC Sports reported. These were the injury designations for the Baltimore game, two weeks before the current knee issue listed for Spears.
Tennessee had promoted Michael Carter from the practice squad earlier that week. The move brought the active-roster running-back group to five, including rookie Nick Singleton and Julius Chestnut, according to Titans Wire. Guards Fernando Carmona and Jackson Slater had gone on injured reserve, and Robert Saleh said both would have surgery. Garrett Dellinger was promoted to the active roster.
